	Intense and almost impenetrable granite color, warm smell with spicy tones accompanied by the fried tones of coffee, smoked raisins, cherries and semi dry forest fruits.
	Intense taste, with forest fruit aromas that is full, well rounded, long lasting and with sweet and dry tannins.
	Aged sheep cheese, creamy pasta dishes, smoked chicken, chicken in cream sauce, pulled pork, pork roast, veal roast, variety of bbq dishes etc.
	12 months in French oak barrels.
	16–18 °C
